With more than twenty-five years of senior human resources management experience, Bruce has successfully led the recruitment of general management and functional executives for a variety of privately-held and publicly-traded companies in the industrial products, consumer products, durable goods, and technology market sectors.
As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, Bruce has managed numerous search engagements and has a unique understanding of client expectations. He is especially skilled in defining and assessing distinctive organizational, cultural, and leadership competencies vital for success.
Prior to joining Allerton, Heneghan & O'Neill, Bruce served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Zebra Technologies Corporation, a global leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of specialty printer and asset tracking solutions. Prior to Zebra, Bruce held senior human resource leadership
roles with Danaher Corporation, Kohler Company, and USG Corporation.
Bruce earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has participated in numerous executive development programs at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, including programs in manufacturing, marketing, general management, and strategic planning.
