Donald A. Heneghan,
Partner
With over twenty years of executive recruiting experience, Don
Heneghan has managed search assignments for a variety of clients,
including industrial and consumer products companies, systems
and software developers, foreign-owned multinationals and travel/hospitality.
Don has extensive expertise in recruiting senior level executives
for virtually all finance and accounting functions and is director
of the firm’s finance and accounting practice area.
Recognized as one of the leading search consultants in America,
Don is listed in The New Career Makers: North America’s Top
250 Executive Recruiters. Prior to joining the firm in 1991, he
served as partner-in-charge of the Great Lakes Region executive
search practice for Ernst & Young.
Don holds an A.B. from Rockhurst College and an M.A. from Truman
State University.
Jennifer A. Cushing,
Partner
Jenny Cushing has been an executive search professional since
1996. Her executive search experience encompasses a number of
functional areas with a particular focus in accounting/finance
and marketing. These searches have exposed her to a wide range
of industries including high technology, banking, financial services,
consumer and industrial products.
Jenny joined Allerton Heneghan & O’Neill in 1996. Prior
to this, she began her career in retail working in the buying
organizations at both Yonkers Department Stores and Montgomery
Ward.Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Iowa. She studied abroad in the Iowa Board of Regents program
in Lyon, France.
Terrence J. McSherry, Partner
Terry has more than 20 years of retained search experience, serving clients in capital and durable goods manufacturing and distribution, as well and their customers and suppliers. He has recruited senior and mid-level executives for his clients in positions ranging from President/CEO/COO/General Manager to functional executives in sales and marketing, finance and human resources. Assignments in manufacturing, production operations, quality, engineering, procurement and logistics highlight Terry’s executive search career.
Prior to joining Allerton Heneghan & O'Neill, Terry was a Director with Kensington International. Earlier, Terry was a partner in another global search firm and before that in the executive search practice of Ernst and Young. Early industry experience includes corporate recruiting and other human resource management responsibility for a $1 billion international foodservice company. Terry holds a B.A. from Marquette University.
