personalized and responsive basis. Our organization is comprised
of experienced team builders and team leaders, with a passion
for success. Each partner has broad industry and functional backgrounds,
which allows the firm to serve clients in a wide variety of fields.
Our unwavering objective is to deliver a superior
search experience and exceptional quality on every search undertaken.
To do so, each partner works for only a small group of clients
at any given time. As a result, we are able to ensure that we
will not be encumbered with client blockage issues that frequently
arise when a search firm consistently carries a large search volume.
Founded in 1978 with a mission of providing outstanding
executive search and selection services, we have chosen to remain
at a size which allows each partner to personally manage and provide
hands-on execution on every engagement. Our approach, which is
client-centric, and highly consultative, has resulted in more
than 80% of our business for the past four years coming from repeat
clients.
Allerton Heneghan & O’Neill concentrates
on CEO, general management, and the leaders of functional disciplines,
with significant experience in finance, engineering/product development,
manufacturing operations, and sales and marketing. Our partners
have successfully developed significant, long-term relationships
with venture backed early and middle stage portfolio companies,
and with large national and multinational companies, across a
broad spectrum of disciplines. Our work has been both national
and international in scope.
